Grammar and spell checker

Is there any way I can turn this ****ed thing off when I am writing a proposal? 

 

ETA: I just found  the disable button - TG.

Agreed! I work as an editor professionally, so it probably irks me more than others, but GRRRR!

Agreed! It's wrong 75% of the time. And if a freelancer can't even put together a proposal without help/suggestions...how is that helping Upwork's reputation when that's found out too late?

Dear Spell Checker,

 

Next time you read my erroneous outpourings, make sure you don't overlook typos like the one in the following phrase:

 

"... with prices staring..." [should read "starting"]

 

Not alerting me to it could hurt your stats.

I seriously read starting instead of staring... 

 

I agree it has to be fixed.
