Hey.. I'm New to upwork.

Hi guys,

I'm a new member of Upwork. But I Created this account last year. I didn't use this because I thought I couldn't balance this work with my university work. But now I realize I have to do this all. Can you give me some tips to grow my account? It will be more helpful.
