How Do I get a free video cutter?

Hi, I was wondering is there anyone use a free video cutter? I would like to do some basic video editing after screen recording. I participated in **Edited for community guidelines**few days ago and won a lifetime license for a video cutter. Does anyone know similar events so that I could get a free product without spending money? I prefer to try all the products and then choose the right one that suits me best. I don't know whether this is a right place to post such a question. Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've used VLC for similar stuff. There's at least one video on you tube to explain how to do it.
