I like to sweat and wash down having done a few rounds of shadow boxing every evening after a busy workday. I imagine the sweat out as dissipating bad energy from my body and the cold shower washing away the bad energy and at the same time refilling me with refrshening energy for the next day. Also, I imagine myself emerging as winner of the day's bout, no matter what, through the shadow boxing exercise.

I recharge by having conversations with my family, praying, and sleeping.
