How can I organize an Upwork Talent Huddle in my City?

Hello Folks,

I just saw a fantastic thing about Upwork Talent Huddle that I was excited to join. Unluckily the city I belong to is a far-flung area of Pakistan and I want to organize it in Gilgit Pakistan.

Can anyone guide me about how this can happen and what I must do before that?
