Hi, Jahanzeb. It'susefull advice. Thank you. As for me, I usually go outside for some time and try to change my work thoughts into a picture of the surroundings. It's a good reset.

Hey Dmytro, I'm glad you find the advice helpful! Going outside and immersing yourself in the environment is such a great way to reset. Have you ever tried combining your outdoor breaks with a short mindfulness exercise, like focusing on the sensation of the breeze or the sound of birds chirping? It could add another layer of relaxation to your routine.

When I get tensed or overloaded and not enough time for a break, I sit straight on the chair with closed eyes and do deep breathings focusing all my senses only on each breath I take. I do it 5 or more times and I feel relaxed and energised to move forward wtih added mental power.

Absolutely! When feeling overwhelmed and strapped for time, practicing deep breathing exercises can be a lifesaver. Taking a moment to sit upright, close your eyes, and focus entirely on your breath can work wonders. With each inhale and exhale, you're giving your mind and body the opportunity to reset and recharge. I typically do this for around five cycles or more, and it never fails to leave me feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes my way. It's incredible how such a simple practice can provide a significant boost in mental clarity and energy. Thanks for sharing this fantastic tip!

I couldn't agree more. My ritual is every 45 minutes, my "focus mode" is turning off and I need to get up and go for a walk of 10-15 min. There are some exceptions, if I am really in some working process, looking for some issues, and I have good focus. Then I go further.

Yes. I have an issue with focus and am constantly looking to improve and work productively.
1. When I start my week, I already have my week plan per client ready.
2. Then I go from task to task and work just on ONE THING.
*Important note: I turn off notifications, and then during the break, I check the messages to see if there are some urgent things.
3. Always mark :white_heavy_check_mark: the solved tasks with some other color. When it comes to the end of the day, you can feel productive, and you deserve a glass of wine or some other award (something that gives you a satisfying moment)
It works with me.

You adopt such a highly effective strategy! Planning your week in advance and focusing on one task at a time is key to staying productive. Turning off notifications is a great tip to minimize distractions.
I especially like the idea of marking completed tasks with a different color. It must feel really satisfying to see all those checkmarks at the end of the day. And rewarding yourself with something you enjoy is such a nice touch!
Thanks for sharing your routine. I'll definitely be incorporating some of your tips into my workflow. Cheers to staying productive and enjoying the rewards! :wine_glass:
