Is exchanging discounts TOS compliant?

Would it be TOS compliant to give someone a discount in exchange of a discount on their own service?

I got this company that runs a plagiarism checker. I'd love to buy them some page checks in exchange of a discount.

It would be a discount from me to them, not free work at all.

Hi Rene,

As long as all payments for provided services are processed via Upwork and the relationship is in line with Upwork TOS, you are free to negotiate and agree on terms that entail discounting your rate/contract budget.
