Job Closed or Expired - Recommendation

While I appreciate the notification of a Job Closed or Expired and the Upwork recommendation for similar jobs.

But, a recommendation for an entry level Job posted 1 year ago, in Canada, for a US Freelancer who is an expert with a Profile Hourly Rate of $145?

Surely, Mr. Al Gorithm can do better than that!

"Act Fast! This job was posted just a minute ago and might be perfect for you!" says the email along with a job posting for a $10 logo. I think Mr. Al Gorithm is often asleep at the wheel.
