The version of the Team App is 4.0. 113.0 and I have Windows 8.1 (still). I have already submitted a ticket to Customer Support and was advised to reboot the computer and uninstall the Team App and then download the new one instead. But it worked again after simply closing it. I found the "Missing captcha field" so funny, it made my day start with a laugh.
