People often think that putting more energy into something just leaves you feeling more drained, like trying to run a marathon with a leaky water bottle.
But that’s not true at all.
Similarly, with work, if you give more effort and engagement to your work,
That will not deplete your energy,
That actually renews your energy.
The most draining thing in the is looking at your clock and being like "Oh God when is this going to end".
But if you're fully engaged, if you're giving it your all, if you're showing up sincerely rather than seriously, if you're doing all things, treating it like play, lightness and ease, having fun along the way, trying to help people out.
Then you get home from the end of the day of work feeling more energized than when you started,
Even though intuitively you've been putting a lot of energy into it.
Talk later,
Peace✌️

Hi, Zeeshan. It's an interesting article. It just reminded me of one quote. What do you think about it?
‘Choose a job you like and you will never have to work a day in your life’ - Confucius

I loved it.
This quote is a summary of what I just wrote above. SUPERB!!!

Many people think energy is about doing more, but it’s really about doing the right things. When you align with your true self, your energy flows naturally, without resistance.
When you try to force things or push yourself out of alignment, you feel drained, frustrated, or burnt out. But when you honor your design, your energy becomes powerful, efficient, and magnetic, guiding you effortlessly toward success - thus no one will ever drain your energy. 😉

Yes you are right, only if people could use their efforts a little bit more in finding what they love, then they wouldn't had to waste 1000s of miserable hours.

Whenever I read, I always bring them back from the past. The best question to make them remember what they love is start with their core memories as a child. Then from their their hobbies will give them a clue.

That's a great point! I've definitely noticed that when I'm fully engaged in my work, I feel more energized rather than drained. It's interesting how our mindset can have such a significant impact on our energy levels. Thanks for sharing your insights!
