Looks like a web devs workstation to me.
Is it not funny how you need at least 2 pref 3 screens on the main station, a linux box, a windows machine, an apple, a couple of tablets and a few phones to make sure everything works right (the simulators just are not accurate, perfect example the samsung s5 has some display issues in certain situations), yet people be like "Fully develope me a website that works on all devices from scratch for 50 bucks!!!"

I am insanely envious of your setup. My desk is HUGE, and could support that sort of arrangement. But at the moment, only got 2 machines and the usual peripherals.
Here's mine. Got a small home office in a dedicated room. This is a view of the main area where my machines sit. The left side of the desk is empty, but sometimes that's really handy.
