Don't know if y'all noticed the new refund process announced without fanfare last week:
Personally I think Upwork should be making it a lot harder for clients to demand a refund, not easier!!

I posted a reply on the official announcement, and I see yours there as well. 🙂
I posted the link here in Coffee Break because it seems like the announcement has gone by almost unnoticed, but it has the potential to make freelancers' lives difficult going forward.
Bottom line - refunds should be RARE.
