Unlock Your New Self in 2 Steps

We've all had that moment where we wanted to be like someone—maybe a character from your favorite movie, a TV show, or even your own dad.

And let’s be honest, we’ve all tried to pull it off at some point.

It’s a good thing. Trying to change doesn’t mean you’re ditching who you are, it just means you’re becoming the best version of yourself.

So, how do you become the person you want to be?

Step one: Know who that person is. Let’s say you want to be the type of person who never skips a workout.

Step two: Prove it to yourself with small wins. Start with little habits that align with this new identity.

But hey, life’s not always a smooth path.

Sometimes you’ve got a 45-minute workout planned, but all you’ve got is 10 minutes.

No worries, just reduce the scope, not the commitment.

Do a couple of sprints, five sets of push-ups, or whatever fits.

It’s not about the size of the workout, it’s about showing up.

Each small action adds to your momentum just like stacking LEGO bricks, one small habit at a time, you start building this new identity.

And before you know it, you’ll cross that invisible line where you go from thinking, “I want to be that person,” to realizing, “Wait a minute, I *am* that person.”

And that’s when the magic happens.

That it's for today.

Peace ✌️

What does the leper king from "Kingdom of Heaven" have to do with this?

Well, this king is a famous entity, I kind of liked how people are making his edits and making him a sign of "authority".

Leper king? I thought he was a mummified zombie priest who just remembered a funny joke.

I love the latex gloves. That's a nice touch.

But why are you always posting stuff like this in 'Freelancer' forum? There is a 'coffee-break' forum there to post.

I agree it is better suited to coffee break, but I really appreciate your giving so much of yourself to help others in a positive way.

Kudos.

I just want to share some value with others.

And about the "freelancer forum", I use it bcz I believe this is all about getting good at freelancing, not for breaks.

I believe he's already shared this in the Coffee Break forum. Could you please take a look.
