Uploading issues - improvement request.

Uploading sometimes becomes harder on upwork.

Please imlement uploading resume support. (sometimes it seems to have this feature but not sure.)

Please improve uploading captions.(while uploading an apk file it showed below image.) - can this be like a smart uploading enging or something like that?

Does this happen even if you try to use a different a  different browser, or when you clear your cache and cookies?
