I have been doing a lot of "design audits" recently, thanks to Upwork! I feel so blessed.
I came to this page recently via events page & found lot of scope for improvement - https://www.upwork.com/community/events/beginning-your-freelancer-journey-on-upwork-16

This page looks more like a blog post and less like an events page. Hence decreasing the engagement & interactions on the page.
Few Suggestions:
1. Reduce header height so people feel curious to scroll below
2. Or change header design
3. Esp. remove the webinar-date-lang-cat on top because it makes it look like a blog post, or move it below
4. Maybe add the Zoom logo somewhere in the header itself
5. Someone with great UX skills needs to re-do the UI
