Writer's Block? Can we have it and make a living as freelancers?

Not a "thing" for me, because my writing process - bit o'research, let it sit a bit, write fast and horrible first draft, fix draft and plug holes in the research, submit - allows me to or rather it requires me to create imperfect writing and just fix it.

Over time my drafts have become better, however no one but me gets to see the first draft which is so rough you can lose body parts if you collide with it.
