I’d have to say "Leaders Eat Last" by Simon Sinek changed my perspective on leadership. It emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive culture where leaders prioritize their team’s well-being. It shifted my focus from authority to empathy, showing me that effective leadership is about fostering trust and collaboration.
What about you? Are there any books that have had a similar impact?
