I hope that you are keeping everything well. I am the team member of Agency named **Edited for Community Guidelines**, owner account name is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. Due to some technical reason agency's plan renewel was declined as the Bank updated the card details like expiry and CVC code. After this there's a financial limitation on agency acccount. While we added another payment method and Upwork has debited the remaining amount. It's been a month but still the limitation didn't lifted while the owner of agency is unable to reply with the community disputes.
I'm here to request you that please look into this and help us out.
