Thank you. This sounds professional. But I wonder why the new Freelancers don't get jobs over quite a long period of time. Do you have any tips on this? 

Also, I was thinking about Upwork management matching new Freelancers with experienced ones to land them their first job or provide immediate mentorship so that the clients can also trust them. What are your takes on this?

hey stella 

your advice really looks like something we need. i hope upwork sees this. i have followed Farzana's advice from the beginning of my upwork journey, i took extra classes on resume and proposal writing but still have nothing to show for it. i think more effort needs to be made on exposing clients to new comers.
