unable to attach pdf samples

why i am unable to attach pdf samples with my proposal?

i use to do it earlier, but now it is showing error saying that this type of files not supported.

i am a graphic designer, designing book covers and interior layouts.

all my sample jobs are in pdf files (books and book covers)

i am now not able to attach the samples.

please suggest how to send my samples with my proposal.

Your pdf file might be corrupt, or a big file excludes the limit of memory. Thanks,

The PDF files are less than 2MB and the final PDF files which were submitted to CreateSpace.

They are not corrupt, as per me.

Previously I use to attach. But now getting this error - "Unsupported file type / this is not a supported file type".

Is there any possibility of OS change, as I recently formatted my system from XP to Windows 7 Ultimate.

Hi Vasudeva, 

Could you try clearing cache and cookies first before attaching the file again? Could you also try another browser and see if it will work? Let us know!

But the same error.

Hi Vasudeva Rao,

If you are using Firefox as a browser when you try to upload PDF files, please make sure that you have the latest version of Firefox. Alternatively, you can use a different browser to upload files.
