Account suspended because I logged in from another device

Hi guys I am new at upwork and 1 day I logged in from another device and I received the email for verification but I can't see that so after that my account is suspended I changed my password but now but nothing happens. Have contacted to their bot but it was too much helpful need guidance how can I get my account back.
