Adding audiobook narration to my portfolio

Hey there. I'm trying to update my portfolio to include a sample of my audiobook narration. However, after I complete the 'add project' and 'select template' sections I am redirected back to 'add project' and am unable to progress to the 'add details' section.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
