What is thoughts about availability badge for graphic design? do you find helpful or just wasting of connect insted focosing for boosting your proposal.

Hi Angelo, yes, it's perfect because if someone wants you to do his or her work, it will give a great impression that you are willing to work.

I agree with it's a useful option however, I would say it's such a basic feature that it should be free rather than an artist have to spend connects on it.

I always turn it on and also boost my every proposal and ALHAMDULILLAH that's work and I got jobs.

How will clients know you're available if you don't have the badge activated? There was no such badge before and you got interviews and contracts.
If you're here, it's to work. You don't need to tell the client that you're available, that's taken for granted.
Again, I think it only works if you appear in the top positions of the client's searches and that it's really just another way for freelancers to spend money on connects.

I don't really think it's useful. It's a way of being visible by paying, when you're also visible without paying.
If you don't appear in the top positions in the clients' search, I guess it doesn't serve you much purpose.

 I created a profile in 2023 but I can't win any job because I don't know how to submit a perfect proposal and also I don't on my availability, then I again took classes from someone and come back again in 2024 now you see my profile how much time I do work through Upwork only as a part-time.I also doing a full-time job at a well-known brand in Pakistan https://nishatlinen.com/

I created a profile in 2023, but I couldn't win any jobs because I didn't know how to submit a perfect proposal, and I also didn't update my availability. So, I took classes from someone and returned back to Upwork in 2024. Now, you can see that I have been working part-time through Upwork. Finally, I want to say that if you invest in Upwork through Connects, you will definitely receive rewards, like winning jobs, but if your strategy is good. Also, I want to apologize if my words have hurt someone, especially Maria. I am sorry again.
