Hi, in June i become top rated, but a few weeks ago i lost my badge because a bad contract with a bad client. I'm now working hard to get my badge again, but my question is: ¿will i have to wait 13 weeks when i get the 90% js score or will i get the badge of top rated automatically? because another support agent told me that in 48 hours since i got the 90% jss i will get the badge automatically, But i'm very confused when i read about the top rated article in upwork. I hope you can solve my doubt. Thanks.

Hi Amalia,

To earn Top Rated status again, you need to maintain Job Success Score (JSS) of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks. To add eligible weeks you need to get your JSS above 90% and keep it there long enough for the ineligible weeks to start falling out of the 16 week window.  You have to look at the eligibility weeks as a rolling 16 week window.
