Client not responding after receiving final files

Hi Guys,

the client is not responding to my messages after I have sent all the final files.

received only 50% of the agreed amount, 

I am working on Upwork for more than 4 yrs, this is the first time a client is behaving like this

I am not aware of all these things,

It will be very helpful for me if anyone can help me with this

what should I do?

Mrinal:
Clients are NOT required to respond to freelancers.

I get paid AUTOMATICALLY whether or not clients reply.

When work is done, a freelancer clicks the "Submit Work and Request Payment" button.

If the client does NOTHING, then ALL of the money is released to the freelancer automatically in 14 days.
