Hello Upwork! I didn't use my connects at all this month and it says that: "You don’t have enough Connects to submit this proposal". Is it mean that I need always buy connects? Did you changed the rools? Before that you told me that I have some free in one month, is it meam that I don't and I won't have free connects at all?
