Finding it difficult to get steady work at Upwork

Hello everyone!

I hope you all are doing well.

I have been working as a freelancer at Upwork for a few years now and though I have managed to get some good projects, it hasn't been consistent.

At the moment, I am working full-time as a freelancer and therefore, finding it difficult to grab new projects.

What is lacking in my profile or my approach?

I would really like a third-person perspective to understand a bit more about how I should proceed forward.
