Hi ,

Here are few tips:

1) Always use time tracker. 

2) Dedicate more time to this project . try to over deliver.

3) Once you build goof relation ship with client and if you have free time left you can bid on part time projects.

4) Remember communication is the key.

5) Give some time to learn new skills.
