I see that my transation is no longer pending and it says that the payment should have gone through on July 31st. But it's August 6th and it's still not in my bank account.
Other times, direct deposit is there on the day it's supposed to be there, The amount is under $100. Does that make a difference?
Please someone help me.

Check in your settings the "Get Paid" tab. Maybe you have the "Only when balance is $100.00 or more" option activated.
At least is the amount in your balance?
