 What exactly happened and how were you not paid for it?

a draft that i've sent to him as a final and redirects the contract to another person because is not willing to pay for it. Taking in considearation that is the second contract with him

I think you should report the client to Upwork because clients like those are the people who turnish the name of good sites like upwork. You can file for Infrigement and use your Upwork transactions with the client as your evidence.
