One of my Direct contract ended automatically

Hi Community,

 

One of my Direct contract ended automatically, the work is in progress. I received an email from Upwork that contract is closed and the fund in Escrow will be returned to your client. Could you please tell me the reason of auto ending and now how can I handle because the project is under progress not completed yet because of the delay in client feedback on the same.

Thanks for waiting patiently. I checked and it seems that the contract was closed due to inactivity. Please check with your client for more information about your contract. I also checked and it seems that both you and your client received email notifications prior to the contract closure.
