Please how do I get my first job?

Hey guys, I opened an account a while ago. I'm a 3D visualizer with 3 years experience in building modeling and rendering. I need to know how to get about the proposal thing to get jobs. And please I would not mind if a profile review is required of me. Thanks for your response.
