I do kitchen design and construction plans for residential renovations, and new construction. Mainly technical drawings for small projects, not entire houses, but additions, and rennovations.
The drawing packages I create are able to be submited for building permit appliacations in ontario as I have my BCIN number.
What are other professionals charging for this type of service? I don't want ot charge to high and lose clients, but I also dont want to charge to low and low ball the market....
any feed back on rates would be great!!
