I had a potential client recently ask for a lower rate for a project. They said they saw I did similar work at a lower rate in the past in my profile, so why couldnt I give them the same cheaper rate?? LOL
My rates have (naturally) gone up over time, I would like to continue having positive reviews up in my profile, but I would like to remove the amount I created the project for.
I looked through Upwork on the Client side and saw prices not listed. Can you show me how I could hide my (old) price as well?
Hope all that made sense.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your feedback. If you like to hide your earnings from your profile, you might want to upgrade to the Plus plan. You can read more about it in this help article.

I really think there needs to be a way to remove this feature entirely for all users. I lowered my rates considerably to get started on this platform and earn some jobs - and frankly, every job is different. A logo based on one client's requirements may take me MUCH less time than another logo for a different client, but they are going to expect the same rate. I think it does a disservice to the freelancers. Just my thoughts.

Hi Mark! You should upgrade to plus membership in order to hide your projects budgets..

Upgrading to plus membership only hides, earnings on your public profile. Potential clients can still see what you have charged on past projects.
