Do you count time if client doesn't like final video and he ask to change something?
Or you work for free when you need to make any changes?

What if we charge hourly, rather than a fixed price? It can resolve the issue. But if you still want to work through Fixed Price method, then keep on showing the progress and get feedback, so it may not get into the wrong direction.
Regular feedbacks can save a lot of time.
