Avoid templates at any cost! They are so easy to detect and might make clients interested in you
Before you start writing a proposal, I recommend is to try to put yourself in the client's shoes and think about what they would like to hear
Start with a personal and professional greeting and use the client's name where possible. This can help build a personal connection with the client
Include a short paragraph describing your relevant experience and include some samples of your past work that are most similar to the client’s project. Explain how & why each example you are providing is relevant.
Outline how you would approach and complete the project. Don't just speak about yourself, but tell the client how you can help them. The goal of the successful proposal is to tell the client how you can provide value
Relate back to the job post, demonstrate you’ve read it
State your interview availability and interest in discussing the project further.
