I have client on my agency profile, he wants to make a sitcom **Edited for Community Guidelines** Infact our agency won’t upload this content anywhere, so i just want to ask can i do this project? And will it effect my profile ?

I can assure you that Upwork's JSS calculations do not take into account the subject matter of sitcoms made by freelancers or agencies.
