clients can't see all work on portfolio

When i leave a link to my portfolio in a job cover letter , clients say they can't see my previous work , others say there is one or two projects .....knowing that i choose the "General portfolio " option when i propose to a job , and My profile is Always Public !!

Hi Mahmoud, 

I checked, and it looks like one of the proposals you have submitted included a link to your graphic design profile. This will show the relevant information you have added there so the clients can check. Are the clients not able to view the portfolio items you have added to your profile?
