I would like to share regarding in my client who didn't responds after I complete and submit the logo project, what I only receive is the escrow of $15, however the remaining balance still pending. any one who can share the same experience and what should I do? or how to report the client so it wont happen to my co-freelancer.
If there was only one $15 milestone and you delivered ALL the work for that milestone, no matter what the clients promised, you won't get them to pay more unless they choose to do so. You've mismanaged the milestones and you're not going to be able to do anything about it, I'm afraid. Next time, create milestones for different parts of the work, e.g. sketches, designs, and final art, as well as any corrections that aren't included in the contract. And never work on a milestone that isn't funded.
