troubleshooting, "Direct to local bank " Unreceived Payment

Hi, I requested a " Direct to Local Bank " withdrawal on the 4th of March, this month, but I still didn't receive the money yet.
Upwork sent me an email saying "We have processed your payment request submitted on 04-Mar-2021 " and I should expect the payment from (05-Mar-2021 - 09-Mar-2021).

It's the 12th of March and nothing showed up in my bank account.
this is taking too long than it should, so can you please, initiate a payment tracing because this is so frustrating experience!

For Direct to Local Bank transfer, payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.
