Hello, I have sent a request / ask to email@example.com this past Monday but haven't really heard anything back (no confirmation or anything either). I was wondering if it's usual for a response to take this long or should I try re-sending the email in case it got missed somehow (don't want to spam them if it's just a long queue of requests)? Hello there, at my payment methods it says that the beneficiary name is mismatched, I guess because my surnames in my bank account have accent marks and in my Upwork profile I can not put them. Any chance you could have my payment method activated already? Thank you!

Hey guys, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. My Upwork profile views have dropped significantly over the last couple of weeks. It used to be at least 5 before that but it has been 0 since mid-September. Any ideas on how to increase the profile visibility? Are my title and description not optimised? Does Upwork have a keyword research tool that clients frequently use to search for freelancers?
