I've created a new account recently. I've completed one job and got an message from Upwork to verify identity. So I've verified my identity with Video Call and I've got an email that my identity has been completely verified. But then my account has been suspended. How can i do?
Please help me.
In my case, I had done a video call with them as well as ID verification.
They said my ID has reviewed and accepted but within a few hours, they ended my contract automatically and now I can't visit the help center. There is no email regarding this. What's wrong?
