Need help, Account Suspended

Hello, everyone

I passed the video verification successfully a few days ago and after that, I received a mail that financial transaction was limited.

Today, I received another message that my account was suspended.

What's wrong? I really don't know the reason for these messages.

Please tell me the reason why my account was suspended and how to reactivate it.

My account has been blocked too.
This happened after confirmation of the account via video link. I honestly told everything but maybe "upwork" employee didn’t correctly understand me , as my level of English does not yet allow me free to talk. After completing the interview via video link, I received a letter about blocking my account. At that time I was already working with my first client, and with several I corresponded about work.
I not understood the reason for the blocking. I'm sorry if I did something wrong. I really hope that the "upwork" team will help me.
