Nadja has been working as an Upwork Coach for 2.5 years. Funnily enough, her first job was on Upwork, and she has been freelancing ever since. Nadja’s expertise revolves around career coaching, recruitment, talent experience, and virtual teams. She studied international relations and holds a degree in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literature. Nadja also focused on volunteering during my high school and college years. Helping others and sharing knowledge was something she knew she wanted to dedicate her professional life to, and coaching felt like the right call. She believes there's no greater achievement than helping others grow, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. Additionally, she’s a fan of aerial sports and works as a stretch instructor at a local studio. Nadja loves traveling and spending time with her dog, Bambi.
