Join us for our exclusive Rate Techniques Workshop with Coach Nadja.

Setting or changing your rate can be one of the most confusing parts of freelancing, not just on Upwork but when working with any client. During this workshop, we will review various rate strategies, talk about ways to determine your rate, and get beyond the basics with pricing strategy.

Live rate and bidding history data are used during the workshop. If you would like to opt in for your data being used during the live review, you can complete the form for a chance to be chosen. Approximately 5 freelancer’s data will be chosen depending on time and submissions. No identifying data will be included in the presentation if you choose to opt in.

The cost of the event is $10 USD.

Upwork Coach

Nadja has been working as an Upwork Coach since the beginning of 2020, and is also an Expert-Vetted Upwork freelancer. Funnily enough, her first job was on Upwork, and she has been freelancing ever since. Nadja’s expertise revolves around career coaching, recruitment, talent experience, and virtual teams. She studied international relations and holds a degree in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literature. Nadja also focused on volunteering during my high school and college years. Helping others and sharing knowledge was something she knew she wanted to dedicate her professional life to, and coaching felt like the right call. She believes there's no greater achievement than helping others grow, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. Additionally, she’s a fan of aerial sports and works as a stretch instructor at a local studio. Nadja loves traveling and spending time with her dog, Bambi.
