Steering newcomers toward setting rates without any verification that they are competent to provide services seems a bit cart-before-the-horse-ish.

I'm curious as to why "$527/hour" is shown in the example. Does ANYONE on Upwork make $527/hour? Why use such a random number, instead of something like $20-30 instead? I'm willing to bet that a lot of newbies will see this and think that they're supposed to charge $527/hour.
