Eligibility week isn’t increasing on Upwork

I want to ask why my eligibility week isn’t increasing on Upwork, even though I meet all the criteria:

• At least 90% Job Success Score
• 100% complete profile
• No account holds in the last 90 days

Despite meeting these requirements, my eligibility week is not increasing at the end of each week. Can you please help me understand why?
