Hello guys, 

I got my first job on Upwork, and Upwork requested ID verification. I’ve submitted my ID for verification, but now it shows as pending. What does this mean? How long will it take for my ID to be verified? The job is hourly, and my client wants me to start immediately. Should I start working or wait for the verification to complete?
