My account got suspended and upwork says that maybe someone else is also accessing it. They asked my proof of address and after 2 days it got accepts. But now its almost 7 8 days, they always says that wait for 24-48 hours. From past 5 days, they are not responding anymore. Please help me what should I need to do. I had filed an appeal as well but they everytime close it in minutes saying that another ticket is open. Please guide me.

Hello everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Upwork ID verification process and need urgent help. Here's the problem: 1. When I go to the Identity Verification section, it asks me to scan a QR code for authentication. 2. I have tried both Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator, but the QR code doesn’t work with either app. 3. The system keeps asking me to enable camera permissions, but they are already enabled. Because of this, I am unable to upload my ID and selfie to complete the verification process. My verification deadline is [10/12/2024], so I am very worried. If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, please guide me. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
