Did you have a Connects balance the last time you logged in? If so, please keep in mind that Connects expire one year from the date of issue. Additionally, if you wish to add Connects to your account you'd have to purchase them using one of our acceptable billing methods. You do this by going to Settings > Membership & Connects and click on the green 'Add More Connects' button. From there, select the amount to buy and click on the 'Buy Connects' button.
